Hello!
I only have one remote control for the swing gate. The set "Ducati 818/819"
I changed the battery recently when the gate started to fail it turned out that the board "ctr41" had died. A month ago a new cth41/ctr41 arrived, I fitted it today, unfortunately I have a problem with the controller responding to the remote. The gate works normally from the bell switch, but the remote control I am not able to add to the controller.
I do everything according to the instructions: press the button (the LED on the controller lights up) immediately I press the button on the remote for a few seconds. Unfortunately there is no response on the controller. On the old one, when I was still trying to resuscitate it, the LED on the controller flashed a couple of times when teaching the controller after pressing the button on the remote. I have a suspicion that something is wrong with the remote control, because on the old board during the "resuscitation" I also had a problem with the reaction of the gate to the remote control and finally replaced the board.
I should add that the LED on the original remote flashes every time it is pressed. I have tried teaching other buttons. I also have a remote from a friend supposedly with the same frequency 433.92 but with it also the same problem. the battery is 11.97V
How to bite on this subject?
I think I have come across something:
I noticed "remote control ROLLING" on the instructional video so I guess this is different coding than mine. The video is linked to the same board as I have now. I think my old remote had some sort of "12 bit" coding, you could change this coding yourself.
The remote from the list of components associated with the cth41 board on the manufacturer's website (6203R) https://ducatihome.it/collections/remote-controls/products/pult-6203-r
and I think this is my old remote from the old ctr41 board kit (6203) https://ducatihome.it/collections/remote-controls/products/pult-6203-12-bit-coded
If I would have to buy the remotes, and I need a minimum of 3, I don't smile to pay 32euro per piece and download it again from Italy. Is there any cheaper solution?
