Hello, I have a question, I have bought a new remote control to open the gate I also have an old one I would not like to copy the signal from it in the attachment I am sending pictures of the new remote control and the controller which is on the gate if it is possible to do this at all. The remote controls are the same from the same company the remote control comes with an instruction manual I have followed it but unfortunately nothing goes wrong maybe someone can give me a hint.

Download the instructions for programming the eLR4000q controller and follow the procedure for adding a new remote control to the controller.

If it doesn't go, read it carefully point by point and determine what the problem might be.
Perhaps something is being executed incorrectly. Perhaps the remote control memory is overflowing. Or perhaps the administrator only has the code needed to program new remotes.

Unfortunately from such a description of the problem it is impossible to help you, write what you are doing then we will think what you are doing wrong.

I simply purchased a new remote the same as the original and tried to copy from the old remote according to such instructions :
    PROGRAMMING QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE:

Programming the remote control for the el7 and el13 series controller

Press the UCZ button on the controller and hold it until the LED lights up and then goes out, then release the button. From this point you have about 10 s. to press briefly the desired button on the remote control (the one you want to be programmed). The LED blinks 3 times - the remote control has been memorised (blinks 2 times - controller memory full).

If we want to program the next remote control we have another 10 s. (Yes until the memory is full or the remote controls are exhausted)

If we have finished programming we wait 10 s. LED blinks 1 time - Programming complete.

NOTE: on the el7 controller when the gate function is enabled, keys A and B and C and D are rigidly paired:

    A gate, B wicket or C gate, D wicket.

REMOTE programming for el7 and el13 series controllers (also el3V5) !!! Does not work on controllers before 2013 !!!

In order to programme the remote control remotely you must have an already programmed 4-button remote control. The gate must be fully open. On the remote control that has been programmed and is now in operation, press keys C and D simultaneously and hold for approx. 5 sec. until the indicator lamp lights up. Release the keys. From this point you have approx. 5 sec. to briefly press the selected key on the NEW remote control. If the light flashes 3 times the remote control is correctly programmed (2 times - full memory, 1 time - end of programming, remote control is NOT programmed).

Programming the remote control for the el3V5 controller

Open the housing of the controller. LED lights up. Briefly press the button on the controller. The LED goes out.

From this point we have about 10 s. to press briefly the selected button on the remote control (the one we want to be programmed).

The LED lights up and the controller returns to normal operation - the remote control has been memorised.
Unfortunately I did not open the gate controller as we have a community here and it is a bit weak how I will open the controller I only did a copy of the remote control

Without unscrewing the receiver, this is so poor, because how do you know what the controller is currently displaying and what mode it is in.

That's what I was thinking a bit bad with opening the controller sa cameras immediately attach I think programming from the controller would help but it won't go through. Thank you all for your help
