How do I reset and reprogram the ASA go-6T remote control when the roller shutters only close halfwa

The roller shutters close halfway and won't go any further, but previously they only closed the other way round, i.e. down to up and the other way round, but after trying to do this they no longer close all the way.
I would like to delete everything from the memory of the remote control and program it again, but there is nowhere to do this.
Please help, I am not up to date with such electronics.
Maybe someone can tell me how to delete the current settings.
