Hi
I have Roller Shutter 3 modules and a Fakro ZRH12 remote control. What is the problem? In order to be able to trigger the window opening from the remote control (one click up), the roller shutter first has to go down to the extreme bottom position (I click the "down" button once, the module goes down). Then it sort of triggers the one-click open function. I click up once, the FGR-223 module starts to open the roller shutter (the relay holds until it is fully open or I press the 'stop' button on the remote control). When I stop restarting with one click the opening of this roller shutter no longer works. Again, I have to pull the roller shutter all the way down and then I can open it. When I hold down the "up" button on the remote control, opening while holding down always works normally. It also always closes smoothly with a single click. Control from the monostable keys on the wall is also problem-free.
Occasionally the module pops up and for a moment everything works normally, you can both open and close the roller shutter from any position. Also, when I quickly click the direction change on the remote control during opening, the roller shutter responds and changes directions. It just stops for 2 seconds when opening and that's it, again it doesn't respond to clicking the "up" position on the remote. I then have to pull the roller blind down and I can use the opening once.
The problem occurs on the 11 modules I own.
What I have done:
- Reset with the B key
- EEPROM reset via "delete device" option with HCL
- Calibration by holding down the key on the wall three times
- When the modules were paired with the HCL I changed the limit detection threshold (to 3W, 5W, 1W etc.)
- I deactivated limit switch detection
Regardless of whether the modules are paired Fakro-Roller Shutter or Fakro-HCL-Roller Shutter the problem always occurs, noting that sometimes it hangs up regardless and works perfectly for a while.
Please give me some advice.
