Nothing you can do. The FGR-223 has been a technical failure for Fibaro since its entry into the market. They tried to fix these controllers through new firmware but to no avail. I installed about 80 of these modules at customers, all of them had to be dismantled after a year because they died. I tested the remote control from Fakro and Mobilus myself in other Z-Wave based systems and they worked without any problems so maybe you should just think about changing to another control panel?

I had identical symptoms. I even sought help here on the forum. After countless attempts I managed to find a solution to the problem. Before I present them, I have a few observations about the functioning of the Roller Shutter 3 modules that cause the problems presented in the earlier posts.

    1. resetting the module from the B key does not fully erase its memory and does not restore it to its factory state.
    2. module reset via the "delete device" option from the Home Center does not fully erase its memory and does not restore it to its factory state.

Why am I writing about this? If, after connecting for the first time since unpacking to the mains, the Roller Shutter module is calibrated, whether from the button or via e.g. Home Center, everything will work as it should.
However, it is sufficient to perform a reset via the B button during use or to remove the device from the application or perform another calibration of an already calibrated roller shutter. At this point, the device's EEprom is already 'rash'. Many people will try to solve the problem by resetting the device, not knowing that it does not actually do anything. You can also calibrate endlessly afterwards, be it with a key, an app or even by entering the settings manually in the software. Despite the confirmation of a successful calibration, the module's memory does not really remember anything. This will result in the roller shutter constantly displaying a message that it is out of calibration, the slider in the software will only be at the two extreme positions or you will experience the miracles described in the previous posts.

    What should be done?
The solution is very simple. Select "uncalibrated roller shutter" in the roller shutter parameters and save. At this point, only calibrate the device in any way. Each time the calibration is accidentally "disrupted", the roller shutter should be calibrated as described above, i.e. by first selecting the parameter "uncalibrated roller shutter".
