Colleagues, good morning. I have this problem: in my new house I have 10 roller shutters and on all of them TUYA wifi for the shutters. I changed the router yesterday and installed a mesh Deco m4. I changed the router to another one, changed the network name. And since then my TUYA is not working, my wife gets frenzy. What could have happened? When I do a reconnect it finds my network, BUT when I type in the password it spins a circle for two minutes and shows it can't connect. I have noticed a strange thing i.e. if I am physically with my phone next to some window then suddenly I can control that blind, but others can't. It's as if these TUYA are listening to my phone and not the home network. Can you guys help, please. Maybe the router has something blocked, just what? Thank you for your help.

Or maybe the blinds don't work under 5G and that's the SSID you gave the previous router.

hmm I also have this suspicion because it says on TUYA that they work on 2.4. But on Mesh I have the option set to only 2.4GHz and they don't work either. When I set 2.4 and 5 they don't work either and when 5 alone they don't work either....

The first statement is not clear. The function of the router is also performed by the Deco M4?

I do not have Deco as access points, but it is on them that I set 2.4 or 5. When I log into the router there I have the option "wifi connection" turned off and there I cannot select 2.4 or 5 or just 2.4 if I turned on the wifi connection on the router then I could select the range.

ok now I have turned on the option "wifi connection" on the router and there I have turned on 2.4 GHz. I see among the available networks the new network is the one from 2.4 GHz. And what should I do now?
