TUYA operation depends on the location of the smartphone?

Two different TUYA switches. (1 channel and 4 channel)
    Connected to wi-fi.
They can be controlled if the smartphone is in the location where they were connected. The phone is not on the wifi network and everything works.
When the phone moves away, or I turn off the location, the devices become off line.
    What am I doing wrong.
I am a novice tuya'wicz, also please understand if the problem is trivial.

In general, communication with TUYA devices works over WiFi (whereby the phone does not need to have WiFi, as data transfer over the mobile network is sufficient). By default, your location does not matter - you can control your devices from the other end of the world. In your case:
    1) If on a disconnected network in your mobile phone (neither WiFi nor data transfer) the control works, it means that it communicates via bluetooth (a bit strange).
    2. it is also possible that you have some limitations from where the device can be controlled (if it is not at the switch it will not start it). Check the configuration.
    3) Also check if the device has access to the Internet. So that it doesn't turn out that it only communicates with WiFi and the router cuts off its access.

    It looks like this....
But what could be the cause? (Netia router, 1GB connection)

Well, then you are left with fiddling with the router's configuration. I don't know this model so I can't help you with that.

For unknown reasons, devices lose network connectivity after a few hours....
