    Moes roller shutters - switch
Hi, I have Moes Wi-Fi external roller shutter switches. Since a month they started to lose the network: once one, then another; they reconnect and then lose the network again.
Router replaced with a new one, 2.4 GHz band. In settings maximum number of devices.... Didn't help. The switches are each 5m from the Wi-Fi Control app screen showing Moes devices, some marked as offline .

AI: What exact model of router do you have and can you provide what WiFi settings you have (e.g. mode, channel, security)?
4G LTE router for SIM card AC1200 Cudy LT500 MESH DualBand 5 GHz OpenWRT
AI: Do other WiFi devices in the house (e.g. phones, laptops) also have connection problems, or is it just the Moes switches?
    No

Hi. I had an identical problem with an identical socket. As long as I had an older 2.4GHz router, everything was hunky-dory; after replacing it with a newer one (fibre optic installation), the effect was like that of the topic author. Looking for a solution on the internet, I came across this topic and started messing around with the router settings. I changed the encryption from WPA2/WPA3 to WPA/WPA2 and the problem is gone so far. Greetings
