Tuya-Compatible ZigBee Temperature Sensor with 5-Minute Measurement Intervals?

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Can you suggest what temperature sensor that works with Tuya via ZigBee will measure more frequently than every hour? Optimally it would be every five minutes, and even better that the interval is configurable.

According to Tuya, the sensor collects data every 5 minutes, but synchronises once every 30min (mine once every hour as you wrote). But there is also info that an 'alarm' is generated outside the standard time interval if there is a major change:

I just checked this. I blew on the sensor and after a while the new temperature and humidity values appeared in the app. Just note that the readings given in the graph will be averaged. The current reading after the change only displays above the graph.
