Hi, I have a Chinese car radio 7018b. It works normally and saves all settings and the clock when the car is on the ignition lock, but as soon as I start the engine, only the clock goes and returns to 00/00. Every time I start the engine, the clock and date go away. Help me, please.

Switch +B and ACC pin and check.

I did, but the problem still persists

Too high battery voltage drop during starting - weak battery, or (in some cars) turning off the radio power supply (+UB) during starting. To test, connect +UB of the radio (yellow cable) directly from the positive battery terminal.
