Legrand myhome server/btcino - thermostats do not maintain set temperature

Hello (I hope this is a good subforum).
I have a Legrand Bticino MyHome Server, which I can't access (I didn't get the access data from the electricians) and underfloor heating, for which I set the temperature with Legrand 752131 thermostats. I have three of them, connected by circuits (one for the bathrooms, one for the bedrooms and one for the living areas).
I set the temp (e.g. I set the temperature (e.g. 23 in the bathroom), the furnace switches on, the heating cylinders also switch on and so does the pump, and a red burner symbol appears on the thermostat display - everything works.
After some time (it seems to me that before it even reaches the set temperature), the burner on the display switches off - and the thermostat, when I try to set it back to the set temperature, starts from 16 degrees (when I click on +). And yet it should maintain the set temperature...
This wasn't the case last season, but could the suspicion be that this is controlled by the MyHome Server Legrand Bticino and may have a scenario?
Does anyone know anything about this?
