Which outdoor temperature sensor compatible with Alexa down to -10°C?

I couldn't find a better section for this.

I am looking for an external temperature sensor that would talk to Amazon Alexa, maybe someone has bought something like this? There are some Zigbee ones but I'm surprised that the temperature range starts at -10 deg C.
