How do I connect the bell button to the Sonoff controller and the control panel?

    Hello, I have a problem with connecting a smart device and a bell button. I have a supla sonoff automat sonoff input 230 potential-free output connected to the control unit and to this I wanted to connect a bell button (pins +;- ; gnd; nc; no). Separately, the devices work, but when I connect and bridge the pushbutton together with the control unit, the pushbutton works and the control unit does not switch on the gate. Does anyone have an idea why? Two metal push buttons with blue plastic, featuring wire connectors. Sonoff Basic R2 with SUPLA configuration guide.     What I mean is that when I connect an external bell button and a sonoff control together under the button inputs on the gate control, the control sends a signal but the gate does not react, while the gate normally receives a signal when the button is pressed.
