No graphs in the LivingSense app for the DG522 station - what to do?

Station as in subject and LivingSense application .
Weather station DG522 indicates all parameters correctly
App correctly paired with the station, works correctly
shows current temperature/humidity sensors
User registered and logged in.
However, the application lacks current and archive graphs

advice welcome.

App updated
application cleared
re-paired, does not help.
