Unable to Access HALNY HL-4GMV4 Router Settings: Issues with IP Address and Password

Hello, I need help. I have an hl-4gxv-f mountain router. Today I had optical fiber installed, but the supplier did not agree to connect it directly to the router, only to his gpon device. They installed it, but left me to connect these two devices. I also received verbal instructions, but unfortunately I couldn`t cope with it because I probably forgot to do something and it doesn`t want to work. In other words, it doesn`t transmit the Internet :/ I know that I have to change the settings from Mon to Ethernet. And this is where my memory practically ends: what else to click and where. Unfortunately, I`m not at home right now and the service technician won`t be available after 5 p.m. Could someone tell me what else I need to click to make this router connect to the Internet via WAN and work?

Own, new not used. Bought a month ago
