    Socket Energizer based on Tuya.
There are no preset scenes , timers complete reset performed.
    Randomly turns on or off.
Otherwise works as expected, but never knows when it will turn on or off again. Changed environment, different router.
I have three pieces and they all do the same thing

Do you have the presence simulation (not the scene, but the setting of the socket itself) switched on in this socket?
Please provide the exact type and specification (or a link to the specification) of this equipment.
    Best regards. J.

It was being reset. I moved so they are now in a completely different house.
They have been doing this since new. Three units bought from one shop and they have the same affliction. I also bought Energizer bulbs and they are fine.

You should do it yourself, but I searched the net for the symbol and it comes out that it is the presence simulator, that is its correct operation. ( other users also complain about this )
There is no manual for this - and what did you get with the packaging?
    Best regards. J.

Yes, I searched and found the famous vacation mode, but while you can run such a thing in Zigbee, neither the Energizer app based on Tuya nor the original Tuya have this in the options.

There was nothing else in the box apart from the pairing instructions.

Maybe some enquiry to the manufacturer- looks like a specialised module....

If you have a public IP then look to see if this model is based on Espressif or Beken and switch to alternative cloud-free firmware.

Topic summary

Three Energizer smart sockets based on Tuya exhibit random on/off switching behavior after resets and router changes, despite no preset scenes or timers being active. The issue persists across different environments and multiple units from the same batch. The presence simulation or "vacation mode" feature, common in some Zigbee devices, is suspected but not found in the Energizer or original Tuya app options. The sockets include a symbol identified as presence simulation, which may indicate intended operation, yet no manual or detailed documentation is provided. Suggestions include contacting the manufacturer for clarification and checking if the device uses Espressif or Beken chipsets to consider alternative cloud-free firmware solutions.
