We have a Crawford 930 installation with an occasional defect that opens the door completely but does not activate the "green" light. This phenomenon can be remedied by pressing the arrow-up button on the control box or with the remote control. After that, the automatic door closing (15 sec) works as it should. As long as the red light is on, the automatic door closing does not come into action. The standard reset actions (mechanically disconnect the motor - disconnect power of the motor - place the door at a height of 1.5 m - mechanically connect the motor and restore the power - drive completely open with the "up button") do not have the desired result.
