If you store an any IPS LED LCD panel without using it for a long time (many years), will the pixels develop dead and stuck pixels? Can liquid crystals settle over time, leading to slow response times or "stuckness", where they may not change state correctly when turned on after years of inactivity? Do LEDs and backlights die or lose efficiency?

In my opinion the performance of the matrix is not affected, of course you have to store in a dry, clean place and I think many years they can be stored like this and nothing will happen :) .

Keeping the panels in extreme temperatures or humidity can cause degradation, but in dry, clean rooms at room temperature nothing should happen.
LED backlights degrade from temperature and with time of use.

I have portable consoles R36S and Powkiddy Q80 they have LCD LED IPS panel display and I store them in the dark inside boxes unfortunately even using a dehumidifier I can't control humidity 57-68% and temperature 34-36C if I store without power and without use for years the LCD LED IPS display will lose backlight efficiency, loss of power and efficiency of the LEDs, the liquid crystal will generate dead pixels and LCD slowness problems
