Tuya BK7231N - switch does not respond to BT button, only works from app

Hello, I own some of these Chinese small tuya switches on a BK7231N proc.

The problem is with 1 of these.
I am currently using it on the factory software.
For some reason incomprehensible to me, when I bind it to the BT tuya button which is supposed to change its state, this one after some time stops giving signs of life (clicking the button returns an error as if the switch is not available).
When I try to change its state in the application it works straight away.
I should add that another switch with the same button works without any problem, what could be the reason for this strange error and how - if possible - to fix it?

To start with, try swapping buttons - assign the faulty one to a different relay, and assign a different button to its original relay.
This should locate which side the fault is on....

I have carried out more thorough tests, but with other switches it is the same. The culprit is probably for some unknown reason a button.
It is a 4 button (I know, buttercream)on zigbee 3.0 .
