If there is no timer in the plug-in device itself (Device Settings) then you could try creating a scene in the automation. Something along the lines of When (when) humidity below

Something along the lines of When (when) humidity below <47% then (then) turn on the switch, add a 5min delay (Delay), turn off the switch. (three steps for it to execute)
There are different interfaces to these apps, I had 3 apps for Tuya for a while - each looked different.
