The device works normally, but when the power outage and its return the device does not work by itself and stays completely off until I turn the switch of the device off then on.
Any solutions?

Hi,

i think some control signal is getting latched during the power outrage, need to have the circuit for more info, please share the circuit if u can, this is only a guess hopes it helps.

I suspect this "problem" is normal for this device and there is nothing to fix; no solution to implement.
