LED Screen Connection to a Mobile Device

An LED TV or Monitor includes a screen, and that screen is connected to a circuit which gives it input. If we only have a screen that is used in these TVs and monitors can we connect it to a mobile or cellphone? And if we can which method would be the best one?

1- Connecting it VIA cable.
2- Connecting it VIA Bluetooth.
3- Or any other method

First, I think the connection depends on the device you are using. But connecting via cable may be the best option. And these connections require special cables.

Some smartphones nowadays have a built-in connection for HDMI. Latest televisions also have the HDMI so I think they would be compatible. I guess you could also use a television's WIFI, if your TV has one.

Madam, what i am wondering is can we remove the screen from the frame of an LED computer monitor and then connect it to a smartphone via anything.Or make a generic plug which can connect that screen to the mobile phone.

Let me explain via an example:

I have a touch screen LED monitor which costs $100, but the screen in that monitor costs upto $15 in Chinese markets. SO what i am asking is

“Is it possible to buy only the screen and connect it to the board of the smartphone via any possible and cost effective method”

P.S: Smartphone already has a screen, all i am wondering is can i connect it to a big cheap screen, whose only function would be to show the mobile display.

Note: Actually its my student project, and the deadline is due in May so please sir help me.

Could you give me a link of the datasheet of the 'screen' of an LED computer monitor?
