Volume Control

As you all know that LCD TV are in market and people are adopting it. There are lots of ppl who are complaining about the speakers volumes. I have a suggestion but don't know how to create the solution. LCD has RCA out, the volume can not be controlled by TV remote, so we need extra device to control. We must proposed cheaper solution. Here are the details:
* RCA Out
* PC speakers with 3.5mm in
* PC speakers does not have remote

So we must design the device which can support, takes input from RCA and speakers volume controller has 6pin miniDIN, the miniDin has to control via remote (IR) that would solve the issue with most of the consumers.

Are you saying that in general LCD TVs have a problem with volume control? or... is it only isolated to that one LCD TV that you are currently working on as a project? It would be significant that you make your point clear. Because if you are talking about commercially available LCD TVS in the market, I think there have been lot of improvements made to address such issues if ever that was the case. There are already a lot of LCD TV models, so you have to make your concern more straightforward.

One solution that I can recommend for you is to set the volume of the speaker to maximum. You can then used the television's remote control to adjust the sound. I hope this helps.

What I need is to connect PC speakers with LCD TV. LCD TV has RCA Out. and RCA out volume can no be controlled by TV remote. In order to control the volume of PC speakers there must be some IR device which can connect to PC speakers and then controlled by separate remote.
Now suggest

audio out with RCA would not be controlled by TV remote.
