Ie have a house hold, Microtek Inverter, as a stand by power source, in case of main source power cut.
We see the power is available on the other side of EB meter. Is there any "check valve" type component, to stop the power back drain to the house main supply.

This is wrong on many levels, you should check the wiring at your house. An inverter is by default a Check Valve type device. Unless you are taking power into the inverter on one phase and giving out on another this is not possible.
