I want to design gate driver circuit using totem pole arrangement of transistors for driving mosfets.
I have attached a figure wherein i have shown a buck converter circuit whose mosfet is being driven by a gate driver circuit. The pwm input to the gate driver circuit comes from stm32f microcontroller(3.3V). The input to the buck-converter circuit comes from a 12V solar panel.
My question is how do I find the values of the resistors and the transistors used in the gate driver circuit?(formulas if any)
