Hi,

I am designing an industrial Power Distribution Board, and what is the relationship between power cable length and short circuit current? It seems there is a minimum cable length required to limit the short circuit current within rated incoming current.

I need advices.

Here is a guide I found, It show a table of cable lengths with cross sectional area.
