In 3ph 4wire system you have three phases with neutral available. If three phases are R, Y & B Then three phase voltages with respect to neutral R-N, Y-N, B-N are available and three phase-phase voltages R-Y, Y-B, B-R are available. You can also take three phase voltage directly to your machinery.
