Audio Amplifier circuit issue with Mic

I have mad an audio amplifier circuit followed the attached diagram but it does not amplify any sound from mic but it amplifies computer sounds. its gives 4.2 voltages and about 450mA output. I have attached the following circuit, pre amp circuit and mic which i'm using with it but still it does not amplify anything. please help me out. thanks

Hi,

One possible reason for this your mic is not supplied properly. Also there is the fact that the voltage created by the electret mic is small enough. It would be good if you have an oscilloscope to check on this. But if not, there are other possible ways.
