Hi,
Im trying to verify some SSI encoders, Specifically TRelectronics Absolute-Encoder CEV58- SSI
I am currently using an arduino board to supply a 5v, 100Khz clock signal. When I power the encoder up, my data + pin goes high, but will not trigger any data when I move the encoder shaft.
My main question- Is the clock signal Im using correct- or is that the issue. The spec sheet only says "clock input- Optocoupler".
There really doesnt seem to be anything else I could have messed up here. Open to any info.
Thanks
