I've used the EE101 Insight-Pro and it's really a great tool for analyzing embedded systems and can analyze firmware, current, logic, analog and I2C/SPI/UART. Today they released a DIY for $29 plus about $13 in parts. Just throwing it out there since it's bound to interest to anyone doing embedded firmware work who might be on a budget. Really valuable and helpful tool.

that price I'm assuming I'd have to provide my own box and jumpers but
that's an excellent deal. Might be good for a maker tool box.

I love these PSoC 5 boards the are so cheap sand versatile. If you have heated desoldering tweezers you can remove the on board capacitors which are provided on the boards to service the captive touch and other things like external crystal.These external on board capacitors can cause some unusual results in circuits using these affected pins.certainly looks like some nice hardware and software that has been put together on the board.
