It's a resistor, value looks like 22 KOhms. the colours would be Red Red Orange (starting from top, and I'd say about 3 to 5 watts. If the orange is more a yellow it might be 220KOhm, but that looks pretty orange to me. I'd say the failure is more mechanical (vibration) than from overheating.Farnell / Element 14 sell such a thing here but you'd need to compare the length of the resistor itself (not including the wires). The Farnell 5W resistor is 26 mm long, the 3W version is 16mm. You'd need to get one that fits in the cutout in your PC board.They also sell a wirewound 22K 5W resistor here that is 22.5mm long - might be a better choice if it will fit. It's about 8 times the price of the first one, but next to the shipping charges for one resistor (about $12 where I am) it's not worth worrying about. If you can find a corner electronics shop you'd pay a similar amount without the shipping....
PS just saw the whole replacement board online for 113 Euros. I can see why you want to fix it
