He wants to solve a simple problem. Namely, I want a red light to come on in the hallway and bathroom at night instead of a white light. Optimally I want it to be automatic, but I will survive if I have some kind of switch on my phone and switch manually.

    Assumptions:
The white light has to be nice, in the sense of the quality that regular bulbs give. I used to have RGB on a remote control and the white light was hideous.
The red light must be red and not some orange light. To make matters worse, those RGB bulbs with the ugly white light had a beautiful red :-) .
I would not want to spend extra money on switches so I would like the bulbs to synchronise their state - the colour they are supposed to light up to, with the control panel when the power is switched on. I want to be able to change the colour of a bulb when it has no power and that when the power is switched on, it reads the state from the control panel that I have set for it.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    P.S. From experimentation.
I recently tested sets from Ikea and from Philips.
Both give white light ok but the red light from Ikea is strongly orange, it looks like there are white LEDs in there in addition to the red light
Philips has beautiful colours and is ok.
Both bulbs do not support synchronisation, although the philips bulbs worked in such a way that if a colour was set and I changed it in the app when the power was cut to a different one, then when the power was switched on they had neither the colour from before switching off nor the colour I had set, but returned to the default colour, i.e. something was synchronised but not at all as I would have liked. After a software update, the bulbs stopped synchronising and ignored the colour change that was taking place when the bulbs were off.
