Aqara Hub M3 - real coverage through cellular concrete walls and ceiling

To those with an Aquara hub M3 - what is the real range of such a device ?

Will detectors 10 metres away from the hub work +:
- two partition walls made of cellular concrete (ytong) with a total thickness of approx. 35cm
- a floor above, also up to 10 metres, but a concrete reinforced ceiling on the way
