    Hello, dear forum members.

The time has come that I need your help. I have a TV - SHARP 4T-C50BL3EF2AB, which, for some reason, has been stuck in KMODE; I can't exit it. I have tried all available manual exit methods suggested by the internet - no luck. Factory Menu is accessible; I performed Shipping init Factory reset multiple times, but with no luck - TV tries to power on, but in different stages (one time during Android loading screen, next time in user setup screen and so on...) it just jumps back into KMODE and nothing else works (Neither YT nor Netflix - nothing)
So I figured that the only option that I am left with is hard firmware re-flash from the USB. I have tried to look for it but did not manage to find it anywhere.
In my understanding the TV is EU-made (Poland).

So could someone please provide a firmware (and instructions) for the TV for me to be able to install it myself? It would be greatly appreciated!

    Serial no.: A50UK7353EB56W 40110291101177
    Model no: 50BL3EA

    Thank you in advance!

AI: Have you already contacted SHARP customer support or an authorized service center regarding obtaining the firmware or assistance with the KMODE issue? If so, what was their response?
Yes, I did. SHARP hasn't provided it; they just directed me to bring the TV to the nearest service center, which is not an option for me because it's in a different city, and I have no means to transport it.
AI: Could you please specify all the manual exit methods and factory reset procedures you have already tried, including any button combinations or recovery menu options? This will help avoid repeating steps and suggest any alternatives you might not have attempted yet.
    1. Factory reset through > Factory menu > Shipping Init
    2. Unplugged power cord for 30 s > pressed joystick in and down (volume down) > while holding, plugged the power back in.
    3. Unplugged power cord for 30 s > plugged in but did not turn it on > as soon as I plugged it in I pressed the joystick in > held it for 30–40 s even after SHARP logo appeared
    4. Looked for Hotel mode and/or Power on mode to turn it off, but there is no such mode in Factory menu.
    5. MENU > 1147
    6. MENU > 2580
    7. MENU > 7935
    8. MENU > 683
TV screen with blue background, a green square icon with “K,” and an alphanumeric code in the top-left corner.

WOW! this is lighting speed replay!
Was really exited did everything that is specified in the instructions. At first it seems that it was working, even the blue screen was shown during installation with loading progress.
But unfortunately it did not worked, or I did something wrong (maybe removed the plug to early?). It finished the installation, restarted, begun to load up (SHARP logo) and I pulled the plug out because the LED was flashing every 3 seconds. Then Removed USB drive plugged back in and it started to load showed SHARP logo Android logo for couple of seconds and popped into the same Kmode.
I have tried to repeat the procedure, but it won't boot from USB anymore, just loads up straight into Kmode as before.

Excuse me for my lack of skill.

Dear @billobirillo could you please help what should I do next? or differently?

    Thank you very much!

Thank you. I will try it.
Maybe you @billobirillo also have a newer version, with production over 2022 yr? or even newer than 2025-07 (this was the original version where the TV froze) I figured that it could also be worth trying.

Situation update: managed to make it boot again from USB. It re-flashed the firmware again to V3.8.9.0, but after installation loaded straight into K-mode again.
Then YouTube became available again, so I connected it to the internet and after some minutes it started updating into that 2025-07 version, which again made TV fully unusable exactly how it was at the beginning. It now shows that K message with a blue screen and does not react to anything.

Maybe someone else has faced this kind of situation or has any other ideas?

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone that tried helped me to resolve this issue with my TV. (@gaspaccio @billobirillo)

So I have re-flashed TV software successfully at last.
Loaded V3.8.9.0 to empty USB drive then installed it on the TV.
Loaded UMC_KMODE.txt file to empty USB and installed it on the TV.
    Edited UMC_KMODE.txt from "K1" to "K0".
Installed it again on the TV.
When TV loaded after all installations, exited KMODE by combination OK 2258

Topic summary

✨ A SHARP 4T-C50BL3EF2AB (model 50BL3EA) TV is stuck in KMODE, preventing normal boot and app usage. Factory resets via the Shipping init Factory menu do not resolve the issue, with the TV cycling through various boot stages before returning to KMODE. The user seeks a hard firmware re-flash via USB as a last resort but cannot locate the firmware or instructions. A response provides a link to the software and flashing procedure, including entering service mode by pressing MENU, accessing Advanced Options, and entering the code 1147. The user attempts the firmware re-flash, observing a blue installation screen and progress, but the TV reverts to KMODE after reboot. The user suspects premature USB removal or procedural error and requests further guidance as the TV no longer boots from USB.
