    Hello everyone,

I have a PNY CS1030 250 GB NVMe SSD that was bricked during a firmware update using the official PNY PCIe ToolBox v2.9. The update succeeded, and when I rebooted, it no longer works.

I attached a log of Phison Flash ID and also old logs when the NVMe was working from CrystalDiskInfo (I didn’t have prior knowledge of the Flash ID tool).

    Any help is appreciated!

CrystalDiskInfo screenshot showing “PHISON PS5013-E13 : 250.0 GB” with “Good 100%” health status.

AI: when you say it “no longer works”, what exactly happens now — is the SSD detected in BIOS/UEFI or Windows at all, does it show the correct model/capacity, or does it come up with any specific error / as a Phison ROM device?
the SSD is detected as PHISON PS5013-E13 in Windows and BIOS and it shows up with 250 GB in the name of it
AI: what system is this in (motherboard/laptop model OS), was the CS1030 your boot drive or a secondary drive, and have you tried it in another M.2 slot or another PC/USB NVMe adapter to see how it is detected there?
    Specs:
    Asrock b450m-hdv r4.0, Windows 11, Ryzen 5600X, RTX 4060, GSkill Trident Z RGB 2x8
the CS1030 was my boot drive, detected the same in other PC
