I am looking for amplifier scheme for CB radio company ZETAGI B47.
I have a fallen transistor of matzo and I do not know how it was. I do not know if the fault is related only to this transistor or something else. I would be very helpful with the schematic.

What is the fault? - let's start with this ...

malfunction - no power output. A power transistor in the TO220 casing (some 2SC) from which it is impossible to read the type.
It would be good to use a schematic as well, but I do not see any hope of winning it.

thank you for the info. I think that this is not the transistor, because it is definitely a Motorola transistor and the designation begins with liters C. It is, however, for all information. Perhaps it is useful.

Michal, now what's closer.Dzieki.This is something similar to the bipolar transistor. We look further :)

Thank you for schemacik. How can I see the company ZETAGY probably produces different variations of this amplifier, because my is made on one bipolar transistor and also has the designations B47 :) The solution provided is on two transistors MS1307. So I go on :)

My friends have the same amplifier. Today I asked my cousin to travel with me outside the city and within 7 km I could hear myself, when I turned off the amplifier it was identical, nothing has changed. Does this mean a transistor released? How do I insert IRF520 will be ok?

Hello. I bought IRF530 because 520 was not there, I put in a fuse and the fuse trail hit. I put in 2 connections and also the trail hit him, I went back to 2sc196 and only gave badly. People say that I can hear better without an amplifier. What is wrong ?

Welcome back. I can not deal with this amplifier. I put the original 2sc1969, 2166 and nothing. Transmission worse than without an amplifier. I tried nothing on the irf mosfether. What could be the reason ? What can be fought that this amplifier does not work so well?
