Wireless receiver in light switch box with normal switch and Arduino?

I would like to ask for some practical advice. I am planning to build a "smart home" installation, in my case a flat. As the flat is rented, the installation must interfere as little as possible with the current infrastructure. An arduino will be used for testing, and something like a sterbox in the future.
I was thinking of using THE is receivers in each light switch box. the transmitter would be controlled by an arduino for the moment. I would like the standard light switch to continue to perform its function. Is this possible with such a solution?

What if the receiver controlled a bistable relay? Only that there is not enough space in the box for all that. Costs are also rising, because such a relay is about 40zl

From the diagram it appears to have two inputs for 230V.

The question of checking the states, i.e. whether the light is on or off, remains open.
