I connect the hdmi cable to tv and to the computer on tv, set it to hdmi and I have no image from the computer. because it is displayed on the computer. I already clicked the windows shortcut + P, I chose to extend and there was no image to duplicate and there was also no image.
After clicking the right mouse button on the screen resolution, it shows me tv, but it only shows because the image does not transmit, I set the resolution as it has tv and there was also no image. I have no idea what else I can do. Please help

My graphics card is geforce GTS 450 a tv is panasonic viera 32 inch tTX-L32C4E

What operating system? Are the manufacturer's graphics drivers installed or only system drivers?

Windows7 64bit. I rather click the manufacturer's invidi icon and check for updates and there are no new ones. And the drivers were downloaded using the SlimDrivers program.

If I remember correctly, in the nvidi controls there are settings for HD screens that do not recognize correctly the signal generated from another source.
You should set it early when you have a standard monitor connected to the computer, e.g. 720p, then when you start the computer connected to the TV set the resolution according to your preferences and possibilities.
There is also this option in ATI card stacks.
Look and let me know if it helped.

Set 1366X768 resolution and refresh rate to 50Hz
Does the monitor disappear when you switch the screen?

deead - did you solve the problem, let me know.

By the way, did you check the HDMI cable itself on other equipment, or did you try to connect the HDTV using the HDMI DVI cable to the computer?

I still tried nothing with the refresh from 720 to the bottom and to no avail the TV screen is black and only the word HDMI. The image does not disappear from the monitor. Of course I set the resolution to 1366X768. and I did not check the cable on other equipment, tomorrow, if I have a laptop, I will try to connect to the TV and see if the laptop has a picture

you have to run it with the right mouse button and run it as administrator.
Reading the first post, I was sure that when you found out that you tried different tips, you checked the cable :)
This is the first thing you should do.

I also tried so and it displayed it myself, but if the tv is detected by the computer, it should be all fine. I even disconnected the monitor and connected the tv itself and also to no avail

How many outputs do you have and what cards and how described. I mean especially DVI as long as there are two.

Maybe in the card options you need to switch to display from HDMI and not DVI.
I have 8600GT and I have to choose (after clicking on the nvidia shortcut with the left mouse button) the nview screen settings and there is a single display and you choose TV

I can see in the card description that the HDMI output is mini HDMI. So you either have an adapter or a cable. And when you connected your laptop, you probably used something else.
If so, you still have an unproven cable or adapter.
Well, unless the laptop also had a mini HDMI

I have a similar problem. I put together an HTPC computer on AMD Kabini components (socket am1). When I connect the computer to the monitor, whether via HDMI or D-sub cable, everything works as it should. When I connect the computer to the TV (Panasonic TX-P42X10E plasma), the image is via the d-sub, and there is no via hdmi ... and here are two interesting facts:

    - when starting a computer connected to tv via hdmi, the screen displays the initial POST messages but not in the center of the screen but moved to the lower right corner so that only part of the image is visible. The image disappears when you switch to the graphic mode,

    - when I connect the computer to the TV simultaneously using d-sub and hdmi, the hdmi connector will show the image (in graphic mode) but almost all shifted off the screen to the upper left corner. And now the best: because I have the OpenElec system installed on this computer, I am able to remember the key sequence, enter the screen resolution settings and change it to any other, which causes ... to get the correct image on the TV!

Unfortunately, remembering these settings does not give anything, after the reset, the whole game has to be restarted, despite the fact that OpenElec starts up at the resolution in which it previously operated. Of course, after unplugging the D-sub cable, the spells stop working and the HDMI image is missing ...

Of course, I checked all HDMI sockets on the TV, connected the UPC tuner to them and everything works. I also tried to connect the computer to the ampli yamaha and only to the tv, but it does not change anything. I emphasize once again that the computer connected to the monitor with the HDMI cable only works properly.

@deead - the HDMI cable you use for this connection was bought relatively recently or is it already old? I am asking because according to the instructions of this TV the HDMI cable must be "fully wired" which means that all "pins" should be connected. If it is an older version (below 1.4) cable try on a newer cable.

Also according to the manual, this TV set accepts only the following computer signals - I quote after the manual:

    640 x 480 @ 60Hz
    1,280 x 720 @ 60Hz
    1.920 x 1.080 @ 60Hz

    Good luck :)

PS The screenshot you show in Entry 7 (the one on the right) is clearly from the two-monitor setup. This is a screenshot taken while you had your TV plugged in?

Polon_us .Kabel I bought when I added the first post, i.e. in November 2013 I paid about PLN 40 for it, i.e. an average shelf. But I connected the laptop to the same cable to the same TV, I did not have to change anything and automatically the image showed only that the laptop was windows 8.
The screenshot on the right is after connecting the TV to the computer

I will add that I was able to install TVtool and I can not configure it so that there is an image on the TV

I mean, the picture is on your laptop, there is no TV on the TV, but the screenshot shows that both devices are working, right? This is an interesting phenomenon :)

Have you tried to use image data for a TV as provided in entry # 24?

Have you tried changing the HDMI socket on your TV?

And finally. If you could, try a different HDMI cable - to be sure on this "stretch" :)

I don't use this program, but I think you should check the "Dual View" option. I suppose it has to do with plugging in a second monitor / TV. And then set the parameters for the TV as specified in the manual.

I connect the TV to my desktop computer, I choose duplicate and I took a picture and it came out and the image on the TV was gone. I tried to connect to another HDMI socket, but to no avail. And I set the data for the TV and nothing else. it works for sure because the TV fired from the same cable.

Buddy deead, unfortunately it looks like a damaged HDMI socket in the graphics card.
Another test you should do is connect the card to another TV.
If, after connecting, it detects the TV on the HDMI connector, as in post # 7 in the 2nd photo, and you set the exact resolutions as provided by your colleague Polon_us and the cable was checked on other equipment, it should work.
Ultimately, you can still try with different versions of the drivers for your graphics card.
And see at startup of the computer what options you have in the bios for HDMI, DVI.

I had a gt430 card, the same system as you, it was enough to take the right mouse on the desktop, probably the screen resolution and duplicate the screens and I had the same on both screens.
It was enough to restart the computer once and everything always worked.

The second thing is that I did not have to change any resolutions, despite the fact that I have full HD TV and I had hdready monitor.
The system selected the resolution itself. As I used both monitors, the TV set was given the hd-ready resolution.
