Hello, is there any circuit that would signal if the doorbell was switched on? - a sort of mini-signal that would let you know if someone has rung the doorbell in the flat.
The way I see it: when the doorbell switch is pressed, a circuit with a flashing LED (in the flat) is switched on - which tells the entering householder that there has been a visitor while they were away. This signalling could be reset by the householder (extinguish the diode) - which would light up again the next time the entrance bell is switched on. I kindly ask for suggestions.

Nice idea, but I don't know of such a ready-made device. You probably have to make one yourself. It shouldn't be complicated - some kind of latch, a flip-flop...?

Once upon a time... an incoming signal to a telephone exchange triggered an electromagnet which let go a metal flap - you could see which subscriber wanted to talk...:)

This can be done using the simplest relay control system with what is known as a "hold".
Is this a private house or a townhouse. If a townhouse, where is the power taken from - the premises or the adm? What voltage is the bell on?

The bell works on 230V - powered from a private flat. Can you post a diagram of this circuit with a description of how it works?

The diode must not be flashing if this is to operate on 230VAC.
When the bell button is pressed, the energised relay short-circuits its contacts causing power to be maintained for itself until the circuit is broken by the reset button. The only disadvantage is that if a bell is connected to the coil of the relay, it will ring until the reset button is pressed.
This can be eliminated by adding an additional relay or rectifier diodes.
