    Hello.
I installed ton 4024 actuators on a 3m long and 180kg gate in January. After installation on the decoupled actuators I was able to open and close the gate smoothly without any problems. After a while I was getting notifications that the gate was not opening. The lamp was on as if there was resistance on the actuator. After decoupling the cylinders I noticed that one half of the gate had resistance in several places when opening and closing. A screw was replaced on the service due to being crooked. I fitted the actuators about 3 weeks ago and after 2 weeks I had the first reports of failure. This time both actuators have resistance to the extent that when opening the door I have to reverse at some point and only push further towards opening. Of course, the installation parameters are strictly in accordance with the instructions and have been verified with the technical service.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this situation?

It turned out that it was the design of the gate that was causing the problem with one leaf opening. In general, the actuators are very sensitive and you have to follow the settings in the instructions very strictly.
