How do I connect a 12V bolt to an AVT electronic lock?

I have a problem connecting a deadbolt to an electronic lock.

To it I want to connect a deadbolt powered by 12V. The supply of voltage causes the bolt to open.
When I connect it according to the diagram: 12V power supply to the lock, "-" of the deadbolt to the power supply, "+" through the power supply and "out" output in the lock it unfortunately does not work.
Could I ask for some advice, or a diagram of how to wire this up?

Read carefully the "Operation" and "Operating type selection" paragraphs of the manual
Connect the power supply and the bolt according to the diagram in the appendix and there should be no problem with operation. Tadzmierz

This is exactly how I have it connected and nothing happens. After switching the operating mode, also nothing.

Have the keys been programmed into the lock?

The keys were supposed to be programmed according to the manufacturer but were not.
Once programmed, everything works.
