    Hello,
I am thinking of creating a Led RGBW garden light with independent control of each lamp. The lamps would be about 30-40 Protocols as I would like to use this DMX. That is, each lamp would have an RGBW diode, a microcontroller with programmed channels and power supplied. I was tentatively thinking of controlling via a DMX- usb converter but the computer would have to be running all the time. I'm keen to set a schedule for lighting switching and attach a twilight sensor. I wonder if there are DMX controllers available with the ability to configure via LAN. Does this idea make any sense because, looking for available solutions, I have not found a controller that would control such a number of RGBW lamps independently.

I apologise for the chaotic nature of this.

    you need
    http://hdl-polska.com.pl/pl/led-dmx/sterownik-dmx48-detail.html
    or expansion
    http://hdl-polska.com.pl/pl/led-dmx/sterownik-scen-dmx512-detail.html
the application for programming bus devices is free, it is in EN language version
you may want the other components of the systems but do not need them
as for the application for the user, management or visualisation you use pc, tablet + applications working with this manufacturer - HDL Polska recommends Irydium http://www.hdlautomation.com/Products_details.asp?cpid=525
Applications as well as devices are chargeable, but prices are reasonable, possibilities are huge
In Poland, many theatres operate on this stage
I would like to add that HDL has hardware solutions for general building automation, but also dedicated hotel, stage solutions - the solutions communicate in their own communication standard busPRO and KNX
If you need help, or contact HDL Poland

Consider using LED bulbs with built-in control via Bluetooth 4.0. You can buy them in many supermarkets. Perhaps they also support MESH network mode.

IGS Thanks for the concrete answer. To start with I was thinking of a cheaper solution i.e. arduino with dmx and lan attachment. Programming this will not be a major barrier for me. On the other hand, having a ready installation on a dmx512, I can change the control module in the future. It seems to me that this is the only sensible way to install garden lighting with the ability to control lamps and set scenes independently. Unless there are other possibilities which I have not found.

TvWidget wireless solutions do not interest me at all.

This simpler (no lcd) DMX controller costs £500 gross, in terms of the controller you don't need anything else as it includes a wired Ethernet interface built in
Even if you do the laborious job of building your own devices, I don't think it would be cheaper, unless it's about satisfaction
But when it comes to proven solutions, you have a lot of options for this circuit

As for the app, Irydium is chargeable, that's right, it's a third party product it's not the only app that can support HDLu devices, you have to do some research

Oh here I would disagree (not counting time).

As far as flash control cameras go, I would recommend:

I know this page but it's still not it suppose I have 30 lamps to make which have rgbw power diode that is 4 channels. And now 4x30 gives 120 channels. So as I understand to solve my problem I need a dmx controller, a 4 channel dmx receiver in each lamp and a suitable power supply. I don't see how I can buy anything off-the-shelf at the moment.

IGS you have shown me the controller itself but I don't see the rest of my assumptions. Because I have not come across a dmx controlled rgbw garden lamp.
