    The situation is as follows.

On the exit (in the tunnel) to the underground garage there is a lighting sensor mounted 0-400lx. On the same exit, we have lamps supplied from 4 independent circuits. These circuits can be controlled by contactors. I need to control these 4 contactors in such a way that the illumination level in the tunnel does not fall below a certain value, e.g. 150lx. The question is how best to implement this control. It is only possible to switch the contactors on and off, there is no possibility of stepless adjustment.

Instead of a twilight sensor, it is better to install a stepless control, you will spend more but the effect will be much better. As for constant regulation, there is only one option left - switch on at one light intensity value. Let every other lamp light up and when twilight comes, the sensors will switch on the switched-off lamps. You only need to choose the number of circuits to be switched on.
