    Welcome,

I would like to know your opinions on creating several heating zones in a new house.
House 118m2 of floor space distributed over 3 floors.
Gas furnace, condensing with modulation 4,8-15kW. Hot water cylinder 150L placed on the top floor, heat demand 125kWh/m2 per year

Due to the layout of the rooms I would like to separate 6 heating zones:
    - kitchen - ground floor
    - living room - ground floor
    - bedroom 1st floor
    - study room 1st floor
    - children's room I - 2nd floor
    - children's room II - 2nd floor

the remaining radiators on the staircase in the bathrooms and toilets will not be separated.

There are actually two systems I am looking at - Evohome from Honeywell or a system based on Z Wave and Stella Z heads working with the Indigo software. In the case of Indigo, I am considering at some stage adding a simple lighting control automation but the absolute priority is heating.

I want stability in the system and the possibility of additionally controlling the production of hot water in the storage tank and giving the possibility of remote control

    Warm regards
