Fellow author, unfortunately this topic is a very broad field, individually tailored to the needs of the client. Everyone needs a tailor-made project. Issuing voice commands is, in my opinion, still a crawl/far future. If you are looking for a solution modelled on e.g. Star Trek "Computer, give location of Commander Data" you will have to wait a little longer.
In order to create such a project after all, you would have to describe your expectations in detail.
