There is a standard reset on GPIO5, but there is nothing on the RST pin of IC1. This is probably not the case. If even software supports GPIO5, a reset circuit on RST is usually necessary for reliable boot.
If you want someone to check the layout, then you need to plot the components and markings for legibility, and take a larger photo. Didn't you think of that?
