    Dear forumers,

Briefly and to the point. There is a very cool program for testing TCP/IP and UDP connections: https://packetsender.com/

Unfortunately it lacks the option to connect TCP/IP with SSL (I'm currently working on an IoT device that is supposed to use such connections).

Do you know of any program (preferably running on Windows / cross platform) that supports the above functionality along with SSL encryption?

Preferably in the form of an application similar to PacketSender.

Thank you in advance for specific answers (to be more precise - I know I can write such a program in C++ or whatever, but I am looking for a ready-made solution).

    Regards
    PR

But these are programs for capturing/analysing data, I'm talking about the program being a SERVER.
Unless I don't know something and you can use Wireshark to pretend to be a TCP/IP server....

Forgive me for not having read this. Of the programs I listed, only Wireshark would have such an option, but you would have to create it yourself, e.g. in LUA. How about something like this: https://www.charlesproxy.com/download/ ?

How about a stunnel from the openssl package? I think I also once saw a standalone use of openssl that could also do something like this but I think it could only put up its own https server.
