    Welcome,

As in the subject, I am looking for a solution that will allow me to control:
    1) temp. 22'C (hysteresis 0,5'C) - turns on the Heat Pump + floor pump
    2) temp. of 20.5'C (hysteresis of 0.5'C) - turns on the Gas Stove + underfloor heating pump

e.g. if the outside temperature drops below -7'C only the gas cooker is switched on with a temperature of 22'C and the hysteresis... - i can bypass this step manually by setting the pump not to switch on below the threshold temperature and then, in accordance with point 2, the gas cooker is switched on (as if in an emergency)

the point is that I only have wires from the gas cooker to the controller (2 wires) and from the controller to the floor circulation pump.... - unfortunately I don't have control wires to the Heat Pump - so I am looking for a wireless solution.

Let's start with the heat pump - the temperature drops to -7, the electric heater is switched on (by the way, what kind of pump is this, -7 is not yet a tragedy), instead of the heater (disconnected) you put a relay which unblocks the operation of the gas boiler, to this you can plug in a room thermostat controlling both the operation of the boiler and the floor circulation pump (e.g.: Salusa)
I don't know if I am following your line of reasoning ;)
    kind regards
