    Hi,
i am in the process of designing the installation and wiring in a new flat, please help - how to measure the temperature in a room in a reasonably reliable, yet aesthetically pleasing way. I'm referring to the temperature sensor, be it a ds18b20 or lm75 - how do I ensure it circulates the air properly and yet hide it aesthetically? Please advise

You can hide it in an electrical socket, you can plug it into a LAN socket if you have one somewhere (or a telephone socket). Feed it into the ventilation. If it's going to be one wire, you'll still need 3 wires to run somewhere (probably some raspberry) so I'd use a LAN or tel installation

But after all, the inside of the nest will be cooler, or warmer than the air, because the walls 'hold' the heat. Sooner ventilation, but in the bedroom, for example, there will be no grille. Any other ideas?

Above all, think about the best place for the measurement - not above the radiator or with the window ajar... In my opinion, the best place is near the light switches - neither too low nor too high... You can put "such a small thing" on the wall near them... and you do not hang a painting there, let alone a parade sabre ;)

E.g. you install a socket like this(this is just an example): https://www.google.pl/search?q=gniazdo+rtv+la...pET_V_6PK4uNsgHm-JzQBA#imgrc=MWdgvRNTSRKkM%3A

you run a twisted pair or twisted pair + telephone cable. The sensor is then connected via rj 45 or rj 11. Once it is plugged in and properly installed, it will not be visible and the temperature will be from the environment.

I have fitted DS18B20 sensors in my light switches, more precisely in the cut-out made in the frame on the underside. There is a quick response to temperature changes and the sensor itself is normally invisible. I have Simon 54 and Berker/Hager B7 push buttons.

I can't picture this, can I have an overview photo please?

In my frames it was possible to do this much more discreetly:
