MasterVolt XS3200 Inverter: HW Fail 5 & HW Fail 4 Errors After Switching Countries & Solutions

The transistors came quickly, and soldered, but the diodes have not come yet, tomorrow will be 2 months as ordered and have not yet arrived, without the diode in the testing phase walked satisfactorily.

In my opinion, without LEDs, it should not work properly. You should not load the inverter without this one diode as it will work on one branch of mppt. It can override this branch and stop working when everything is there.

I fed as you recommended, I loaded the autotransformer with the rectifier circuit up to 300v and after a while there appeared about 15W of donation.

Yesterday I soldered the test diode ok and put together, but today I connected to the PV installation and it works in the best order. Thanks to rsv6 for all the help. I'm happy

I have a problem with xs3200.
I have an inverter under a gazebo, it does not pour on it but it draws moisture from the air.
A few weeks ago in wet weather I started to display fail2 and fail5.
After the night of aging in the basement, the problems gave way.
Later during work, for no reason the temperature raged from 12 degrees to over 100 degrees and everything was cold.
A week ago I removed the housing permanently and the inverter would start working normally even in wet weather.
Two days ago in wet weather again these errors appeared again, but after blowing the electronics with the dryer, the inverter started working properly.
Yesterday I added a dozen gs50 panels and I was happy because for the first time I saw 2kW of power and 10 kWh of production for the whole day.
This morning the inverter did not start, quite dark on the display. The measurement of DC voltage at the input to the DC switch shows a complete 0V, so I took out one test lead on the switch and went to the 15mm arc.
After unplugging the mc4 and measuring the voltage on the panels is about 380VDC.
Two thick black and red wires go from the bottom plate and on them there is tension such as on thongs, but it is only when someone disconnects from the board; Could it be a sharp shortcut?

The inverter went to the service and the main board was replaced.
Upon arrival of the inverter from the site, it turned out that the problem still occurs.
It turned out that it is unfortunately because of humidity in the air because mastervolt is very allergic to it.
The equipment has been moved to the ground floor of the building and has been operating without reservations for 3 months.
