How is this possible if other people have 3G in the same town. I received an internet card in a package with three Orange cards, as I wrote earlier, the internet in the smartphone has 2G.

Play modems do not have simlock. I bought a new orange card after registering it, the internet works. It is worth using a USB cable, the internet is a few percent faster :-) Thank you Samuel87 for your help.
